charmed stay
cute lobby spacious room attentive reception quick speed
my stay was pleasant i found the lobby cute and the bar offered a good selection of drinks the room was spacious and tidy though a slight refresh could lift it further dhruv at reception was attentive addressing queries with speed and a smile.
during my stay the restaurant service was inconsistent the staff looked undertrained and often missed basic requests for example knives or coffee cups were not readily available at breakfast i had to ask repeatedly for items.

the front desk staff was very helpful with directions the housekeeping team ensured the room was clean daily also the concierge assisted with luggage storage after checkout making my departure smoother.

convenient and pleasant stay
comfortable bed quiet room amazing receptionist
The room had everything i needed. The bed was very comfortable. the room was quiet too. alexandra at reception treated us amazingly. She was a big help, friendly receptionist, quiet atmosphere. i could see the flamingos from my room!

friendly staff ample parking family facilities
The reception staff was friendly and cute. I found ample parking available right on site. My family room had all the facilities we needed. This included three beds, awesome for me and my two kids.
My room windows were not perfectly clean upon arrival.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty choices, a good start to the day. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the premises. It added to the overall comfort. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing convenient.
the bathroom was quite small though it was manageable.
